Financial Analyst/Accountant

Diverse role for a Qualified Accountant with strong financial analysis, planning, reporting and Excel skills Leading Dublin based service provider with a national remit require an experienced Accountant/Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team High profile role reporting to the Director of Finance You will be responsible for the analysis, interpretation and delivery of financial and activity information to senior management and the board Key duties will include: Close liaison with business managers in relation to costing analytics, financial and statistical data and variance analysis Create financial models for decision support with an input into planning, budgeting and forecasting Assist with Financial Reporting Assist with the development of a business intelligence tool for management reporting Highlight key trends in metrics and provide an insight and comparison across the business Contribute to various projects Identify and drive process improvements Supervise a small team Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant with strong analytical and financial modelling experience. Possess advanced Excel skills and be familiar with business intelligence tools.
