Key responsibilities

Plan, manage and report of change management activities and tasks to the program

Address people and communication related issues in the program

Prepare and maintain communication strategy and plan with alignment to the overall program plan

To develop training strategy based on the scope of the technological changes brought upon by the program and coordinate with other implementation teams during training preparation, delivery and evaluation

Liaise with vendors and services providers, and manage contractual relationships and agreed deliverables
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably with at least 50% in leading consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM GBS, Oliver Wyman, Mercer)
- Proven experience in change management (change impact assessment, stakeholder management, cultural alignment, communication and training) as a consultant
- Prefer experience with telecom, media and entertainment and technology industry
- Fluent English and Chinese
- Based in Hong Kong and require travel to China occasionally
