Finance Manager

To take charge of the finance team for a rapidly growing Management Consultancy SME with 3 direct reports and a reporting line into the founders, and directors of the organisation. The candidate will be able to mould the Management and financial accounting for the organisation alongside developing the team into a strong and stable finance function.

Description

• Take charge of 3 direct reports and their development
• Control the financial planing and analysis for the organisation
• Perform quarterly break even analysis
• Negotiating with contractors and businesses
• Managing pre-existing relationships
• Develop financial systems
• Implement corporate governmental procedure

Profile

• Excellent attention to detail
• Preferably experience in professional services
• Approachable and friendly to work with
• Experience with direct reports
• SAGE experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Some experience with implementations or data migrations
• Strong academic qualifications from a Russel Group university
