Description

The key duties would include:

• Managing the Business Planning Service Desk
• Maintaining the data held within the SAP system
• Ensuring the SAP system complies with master data standards
• Communicating effectively with the business end users
• Identifying business requirements in order to develop the reporting systems to cope with the business operation
• Contributing to developing processes including identifying business requirements, specifying functionality, designing, building, testing, documenting and training solutions
• Taking on line manager duties for 1 direct report

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant via either ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Have a strong technical skill set required to develop reporting systems
• Have a good technical understanding of the SAP system
• Be an effective communicator and the ability to create positive relationships across the business
• Have experience of help desk processes
• Have experience of line manager duties (desirable)
