Description
The key duties would include:
- Managing the Business Planning Service Desk
- Maintaining the data held within the SAP system
- Ensuring the SAP system complies with master data standards
- Communicating effectively with the business end users
- Identifying business requirements in order to develop the reporting systems to cope with the business operation
- Contributing to developing processes including identifying business requirements, specifying functionality, designing, building, testing, documenting and training solutions
- Taking on line manager duties for 1 direct report
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified accountant via either ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Have a strong technical skill set required to develop reporting systems
- Have a good technical understanding of the SAP system
- Be an effective communicator and the ability to create positive relationships across the business
- Have experience of help desk processes
- Have experience of line manager duties (desirable)
