Global Investment Bank require a talented Business Analyst to work on a complex Risk Transformation programme. The programme aims to define and implement systems and process operating models globally, across several key compliance and financial crime areas, to ensure the bank is meeting its regulatory commitments.

The Business Analysts in this area will be key to how this global transformation is shaped and delivered, and their work will have a huge impact on the success of the programme. They will typically work in partnership with delivery partners and SME's gathering, translating and defining design options. In systems related projects they will interact with software delivery and IT Operations with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements. From a Change perspective the BA will be involved in early change planning and audience analysis, through to designing and delivering change interventions. The BA will also be responsible for implementation management with chi include planning, controlling and reporting on the implementation of the change 'product', focussing on accelerating benefits, and minimising risk during deployment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced banking Business Analyst with strong experience of working on complex global Business Transformation programmes. You will have robust and structured analysis skills, with extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, ideally both within technology and the business.
