Robertson Bell are working on an exciting Director of Finance position with an organisation that has been crucial in the development of life-saving medical developments for over fifty years. This position can be either a four or five day per week position, and will be responsible for managing the finance function and working with the senior management team on setting strategy.
Key responsibilities will include budget setting, working with key stakeholders and providing forecasts and reviewing grant applications. Preparing the annual accounts will also be a key feature of this position, as will overseeing the finance officer in place.
The successful candidate will be a qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) accountant with a strong background in both financial reporting and management accounting. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and run the accounting function.
