IT Business Analyst - Insurance Brokerage

This role will be a liaison between the business community and the IT organisation in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. You will be responsible for working closely with business users and technology departments to ensure acceptance, quality, and integrity of the information and you will work with the business group to document and map the current-state business processes and to translate business needs into formal, documented business requirements.

Key requirements:

Good understanding of database structures and querying (SQL, MS Access etc.)
Experience in the Insurance Brokerage a must, understanding of London Markets and / or Lloyd's a plus
Experience of full software development life cycle
Experience of process change management
Experience in working with offshore team
Programming, configuration or excel modelling
Experience in using Agile Methodology and Jira a plus
Languages an advantage
