I am currently recruiting for an exciting role to work for an established company. The job will involve working within close knit team reporting to the Finance Controller on a permanent basis.

What is involved in the role?

As the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will be responsible for entering the financial data onto the accounting system. Preparing accounting documents including invoices, receipts and payments. As well as reconciling the company ledgers.

What are we looking for in you?

This is an amazing opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor who comes from a Manufacturing background looking for that next great opportunity. Ideally you will have a stable work history working within a medium sized company.

You will also fulfil the following duties:

• Bank Reconciliation
• Sales and Purchase ledger, other currencies preferable
• Statement Reconciliations
• The setting up of new company supplier accounts.
• Manual cash payments
• VAT returns
• Analysing overheads
• Maintaining Sales and Purchase logs.
• Intercompany postings
• Assist in month end accounts.
• A knowledge of Kerridge is useful but not essential.
