Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
* Design and document business processes and procedures.
* Requirements elicitation, analysis and specification.
* Design and assist in the delivery of the new Target Operating Model.
* Provide project management support.
Required Experience & Skill-set:
* Deep subject-matter expertise in asset management is essential.
* Extensive knowledge of Asset Management Middle Office & Back Office processes & procedures.
* Deep understanding of middle and back office operations across a wide range of investment products & instruments,.
* Strong track record of business analysis that supports successful target operating model change.
* Experience of working with outsourced service models is desired.
* Understanding of regulatory context for asset management.
