Siemens PLM Software is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Agile software development. This role requires good interpersonal skills for working with the store team, business sponsors, project managers, content editors and application developers. The Business Analyst will work with our cross functional teams to analyze ecommerce business processes and online commercialization of PLM cloud and traditional applications.
•Deliver an extraordinary customer experience through user centric business analysis
•Analyze business requirements for E–Commercefunctionality with stakeholders from various business functions (product management, marketing, IT, finance, ???)
•Capturing requirements in basic user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers and by the technical product owner to ensure that intent is effectively captured
•Help prioritize business requirements with the business sponsors, technical product owner and stakeholders
•Interface between internal and external stakeholders, technical product owner, developers, project managers, and users
•Create and present dynamic and informative presentations to cross–functional and levels of the organization.
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
•Minimum 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Agile project manager or equivalent experience
•Experience in capturing and managing business requirements from various business functions, preferably with ecommerce background
•Ability to interface with internal and external customers of varying technical abilities
•Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
•Excellent communication skills with positive energy
•Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision as part of a globally distributed team
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, product lines, roles and geographical and time zone boundaries
•Excellent oral/written communication & listening skills will be necessary to present information, analysis & recommendations to all levels of employees, including management, and customers
•High degree of organization to manage & maintain project plans, road maps & provide accurate updates as part of the review cycle
•Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
•Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
