Salesforce Business Analyst - ??45,000 Base

The client is currently looking for a Business Analyst with SFDC skills to charge of the end to end delivery of CRM solutions to sales, marketing and customer support organisations. You will provide end to end services to its internal customers: partnering with business users to capture the needs, translate them into solutions in line with the product roadmap, and implement the solution in the CRM platforms.
It will be essential you establish strong relationship with the users, in an active listening mode while managing their expectations. You must capture customer needs and articulate them into meaningful requirements in the context of the product roadmap and together with the development team and architects; you define the most appropriate solution to the requirements.
*18+ months Salesforce.com experience
*3 years business analysis experience
*A financial service background would be advantageous
*System administration experience
*Hands on Salesforce.com configuration experience
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Comfortable interacting with people in various levels within the organization
*Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com functionality
