Accounts Payable Assistant Job – Construction company – GBP23,000–25,000 – Central London – Permanent Job

Are you looking for a rewarding career in Finance? A national construction company is expanding and is looking to fill an Accounts Payable Assistant role to join their finance team. This is a permanent opportunity with a welcoming and fast paced work culture.

Your new role
You will be reporting to the company Financial Controller. You will be expected to cover all aspects of Accounts Payable finance – with the opportunity to progress into more senior duties in the future.

You will ideally have experience in:

  • Receiving and checking invoices
  • Using Sage 50 accounting system
  • Processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Paying invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Petty Cash

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be studying towards your AAT qualifications to be successful for this role. You will have a fantastic work ethic and fit into the fast paced culture at this company. 1 year experience is preferred but not required.
