You will be working with consultative and experienced Consultants. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' of Accountancy and Finance recruitment experience. Alternatively, potential candidates will have sales/consultancy experience, with a desire to adapt these transferable skills to a recruitment career. They will be detailed orientated, consultative and self motivated, bringing an enthusiastic approach to work and new challenges. Remuneration Here at VANRATH we wear our success with humble pride. We work hard together, and make sure our consultants reap their due rewards as individuals. Base salary is flexible depending on the level of experience and includes 25% commission of all fees.
