PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR D14 €34K Our Client a well established Medical organisation based in Dublin 14 are seeking to recruit a payroll administrator . Looking to take someone on immediately! Hours:  37.5 per week Salary:  €34K  Duties: Employee Payrolls Processing a number of monthly employee payrolls for the company Responsible for collection of time sheets and ensuring correct approval process has been adhered to Deal with all payroll related queries e.g. payments, time sheets, emergency tax Application of tax/PRSI details Register new starters & leavers via ROS Issue P45s and P60 documents Prepare and submit payroll taxes for clients where applicable, P30 and P35 submissions Compiling monthly payroll and headcount reports Payroll Bureau Management of 3rd party clients with differing levels of payroll service from production of gross to net reports, payroll bureau and full service payroll function including payroll tax returns Coordinate payment for payroll with clients The ideal candidate: Knowledge of Sage payroll systems an advantage Minimum 2 years' experience processing payroll Knowledge of Core HR an advantage IPass Qualification an advantage Excellent attention to detail Strong Excel skills Ability to work to deadlines Excellent communication and customer service capabilities Excellent administration & organisational skills Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative For further information, please contact: Denise at GHL Recruitment 016610911
