Description
As the Management Accountant for this leading property business in the West Midlands, you will take responsibility for various financial activities.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Business partnering with operational teams
- Producing key analysis and commentary for budget holders
- Preparing service charge statements
- Month end reporting
- Preparing rolling forecasts
- Analysing overhead expenditure
Profile
- A Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA)
- Strong analysis skills
- Strong communication skills
- A track record of working in the property sector
