岗位职责:Manage a team of 20+ team members
Ensure all SLA's are adhered as agreed
Set Goals and Targets to the team members
Very Strong in Accounting knowledge
Ensure that the Metrics are reported on regular basis as per the requirement
Conduct regular one to one with the team members
Guide & drive the team members to achieve their goals
Ensure the Invoices are billed on time and Collections are received on time
Identify and Drive areas for improvement, implementation of ideas within area of responsibility
Ensure self and team are compliant to the company policies
Ensure no observations or NC's on the Internal and External Audits
Ensure that the cost is maintained as forecasted on monthly basis
Ensure the controls are followed and adhered as per the process requirements
Ensure the month close activities are handled timely and accurately
Conduct Daily team meetings and address the issues (if any)
Flexible for shifts and weekend working based on the process requirement
Ensure BCP is conducted as per the policy norms
Identify the Process areas which can be additional supported for the clients
Independently Own the process and develop to bring additional Business
Deliver on all people management task ensuring people development & efficient resource utilization
Review quarterly performance against the goal sheets/ GO Perform
Identify critical people issues and facilitate resolutions.
Drive timely hiring of right talent ensuring no revenue loss
Drive compliance to the documentation - SOP, SIPOC, process mapes, FMEA, BCM, project documentation etc are in place and upto date for the process and Refreshed every 6 months.
Ensure regular governance & timely closure of issues / escalations
Support in achieving high customr satisfaction scores.
任职资格:Job Requirements (Please specify mandatory skills, additional skills)
o Experience in SAP R3 - FICO
o Certification in Accounts Receivables - TARN (Accounts Receivable Specialist) - preferred
o Strong knowledge on Accounts Receivable/General Ledger Process
o Self Driven
o Very Good Communication Skills
o Very Good Analytical Skills
o Client Management Skills
o Good Leadership skills
o Strong knowledge in MS Office applications
o Focussed and ability to design and deliver on goals / targets
o Language - Mandarin & English (other APAC languages shall be added advantage - Korean, Japanese)
