Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties: • Ensure enforcement of Global T&E policy and arrange T&E payment settlement to staff (via ebanking) • Ensure timely and accurate receivable cash application to proper customer records • Prepare monthly Travel Expense Management report • Ensure Bank account documentation is up-to-date, maintenance and execution of all local China SAFE requirements; collect related information from SAFE. • Closing of sub-ledgers (Inventory, Purchasing) for all APAC entities • Complete bank reconciliations for all accounts in Asia Pacific before monthly closing. Investigate and follow up with relevant parties to clear the outstanding items from the reconciliation • Complete Worldwide Bank Balance file update • Daily petty cash management in China • Accounting book and ledger filing, and other administration assignments • China VAT invoice automation management - work closely with WGQ invoicing center to issue VAT invoices on time. Back-up documentation checking including Oracle invoice; Sales order, contract, VAT invoice and filing. • Other ad hoc project needed • Support annual internal and external audit. • Support process improvement Education Details: University graduate or above, Accounting major Experience Details: 1-2 year Work experience at an international company ERP system experience preferred Base salary : around 5000-6500/month (based on background/experience)
