My client are a growing Education and Training brand in the UK, and are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in Harlow on an ongoing temporary basis. They are ideally looking for a Payroller with at least 3 years' experience in Payroll Administration who is used to dealing with processing payroll for a large number of employees.

Description

As a Payroll Administrator, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Processing 6 monthly payrolls on a daily basis within the team
  • Use SAP Payroll for 5 payrolls and ADP Freedom for 1 payroll
  • Work alongside HR to gather timesheet information
  • Process online and paper-based payslips
  • Ad-hoc financial reporting

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 3 years' experience purely as a Payroll Administrator in the private sector, processing payroll for a large number of employees
  • Need to have an up-to-date working knowledge on current payroll legislation
  • Proficient excel skills (v-lookups)
  • Ability to calculate payroll and maternity pay manually
  • Experience in roles where payroll has been a full time responsibility
  • Be a good team player and communicator
  • High volume payroll processing experience
  • Ideally have used SAP to process payroll
