Senior Data Analyst In this role you will be responsible for gatekeeping client related data, ensuring data quality and generating reports to support the business. This role sits within the Client Services team and reports to the Business Development Partner. About the role Managing the new business intake process and workflows Gatekeeping the data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistent data quality Managing all client related data on our practice management system, 3e and support other systems it integrates with Managing master files, setups and processes on our practice management system Assist with internal control processes, protocols and policies to support ongoing compliance Training users in workflow processes, effective capture of data and resolving queries On-going data cleansing and administration Generating standardised and ad hoc reporting from the practice management system Producing readable and meaningful data reports to support the business Liaising closely with Risk, Finance, IT and stakeholders across the firm Leading the data team within Client Services Taking a process improvement approach to ensuring best practice in data management About the person You are currently working as a Data / Business Analyst or in a related area You have an excellent flair for detail and accuracy You are highly proficient in using Excel to analyse data at a granular level and produce reports You have excellent communication skills and take a client focused approach You have strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities You enjoy the work you do, have a keen eye for detail and a commercial outlook You are rigorous and look to consistently improve processes You display behaviours that reflect the Firm's values
