Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your role will be to run the whole 360 degree recruitment cycle. On the candidate side, this will involve meeting with qualified accountants, working with them on their search, from offering them consultative advice to add to their CV and to their interview technique, through to adding value throughout the interview process. We look after our candidates well, making sure that they are comfortable through their notice period, and the time when they on-board to their new company. As part of this, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage this whole process. On the client side, you will meet with existing clients, typically CFO Finance Directors and Financial Controllers, to maintain and build new relationships. You will take thorough briefs on new assignments, and will run the whole recruitment process on behalf of the client. You will offer solutions where relevant, which often will include advertising. The advertising process will be supported by our in house marketing teams, but project managed by you.

This is a broad role which will keep the Senior Recruitment Consultant busy. We are growing as a business, and we are looking to offer the successful candidate promotion targets to achieve the next level of their career, quickly.

Profile

The successful candidate could come from a variety of backgrounds, but this opportunity would be ideal for someone who has started in recruitment but isn't thriving in the company they are working in. Alternatively, someone who has started a career in either finance or sales, but who isn't fulfilled in their current role, and who enjoys managing relationships in a consultative manner.

Job Offer

A salary of between £25,000 and £32,000 dependent on experience, with a generous profit share scheme. In addition we offer a flexible benefits package and a fantastic incentive programme which could significantly add to your salary.
