Human Resources Administrator LOCATION: DUBLIN JOB TYPE: PERMANENT SALARY: NEGOTIABLE THE OPPORTUNITY: Red Tree are working with our client to recruit a Human Resources Administrator for an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract. THE ROLE: The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the HR department, managing flows of information and helping to provide an efficient HR service to the business units. Principal Accountabilities: General HR Administration Make necessary amendments on the HR system; SAP Success Factors Update payroll with monthly amendments Manage the maternity and paternity leave process, meeting with employees and updating the system accordingly Manage the leaver process, draft leaver documents & prepare file for archiving Delivering first day induction for new joiners Ensuring HR files (hard and softcopy) are kept up to date and accurate Handling HR queries in accordance with agreed procedures Maintaining all leave records on the HR system Processing purchase orders and invoices on the purchase to pay system Providing administrative support to members of the HR Team as required Organising and promoting employee health and wellbeing programmes Other general office duties as may reasonably be required from time to time Recruitment Administration Advertise open vacancies on various job boards Schedule interviews for the HR team Move candidates through the recruitment process flow in the HR system in a timely manner Ensure the recruitment panel receive the correct documentation prior to interviews Administer pre-employment psychometric assessments and other recruitment checks and ensure candidates and hiring managers are kept up to date throughout the recruitment process Draft contracts of employment Prepare new employee files and gather appropriate documentation prior to on-boarding Ensure new employees are set up on the HR system correctly CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE: Must have: Minimum 1 - 2 years' relevant HR office experience Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience Strong verbal and written communication Excellent Interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Good team player capabilities Flexibility and adaptability skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work The ability to work on own initiative and be capable of achieving deadlines Preferable: Third level HR or Business Qualification CIPD membership Experience with SAP Success Factors or other similar HR system would be an advantage Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
