Barden is working with a leading professional services firm to identify a Corporate Finance Senior/AM to join their expanding team. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join an ambitious team, gain in-depth experience of corporate finance activities such as M&As, Raising Capital & Valuations, and develop your career in a supportive and progressive environment. This is a real opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience, and a broad exposure, to the ins-and-outs of Corporate Finance. You will be given responsibility and autonomy from Day 1, and be dealing directly with clients who seek the team's expertise and guidance. This team has a strong reputation in the Irish market, and is continuing to build their presence and client base. THE ROLE The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to; Carry out due diligence and financial reviews Assist with the preparation of valuation reports, debt & equity raisings and sale & purchase mandates Liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders and third parties Financial modelling and report writing THE PERSON Qualified accountant, with 3+ years experience Professional practice experience; experience in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services an advantage Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills Ambitious self-starter, with a keen interest in growing your career in Corporate Finance Please contact Heather Gordon for a confidential discussion about this opportunity, or other opportunities in the Practice and Consulting space.
