You will report to the Founder and President, and have a full-time accounts assistant reporting into you. You will work closely with the senior strategy team and wider business, in alignment with the overall growth strategy, utilising your skills to add value to the business.

Profile

The successful applicant will have the following skills/strengths:

• ACA/ACCA qualification essential
• A at maths A-Level essential
• Management Accounts experience within an SME essential
• Experience within professional services highly desirable
  
• Strategic mind-set and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information to non-finance stakeholders
• Motivation to train and develop junior colleagues
