Description
As Interim Finance Director you will use your accountancy skills to deliver across the following areas:
- Financial risk reporting to the executive team and board.
- Oversee the management accounts, cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
- Support with any process improvement.
- Contract negotiation.
- Manage a team of 16.
Profile
As Interim Finance Director you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally a fully qualified accountant or strong relevant experience within the health or not-for-profit sector.
- Have previous experience as a Finance Director.
- Good communicator at a strategic level.
- Inclusive and personable leadership style.
