Finance Administrator

Job Title: Finance Administrator Company Sector: Property Maintenance

Location: London W1 (Off Oxford Street)

Salary: £22,000 per annum. Salary to be reviewed after 3 month probationary period.

Benefits: 25 days holiday pa, accountancy training support, employer’s pension contribution

Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 – 1hr Lunch Break – Monday to Friday – 40 working hours per week

Start Date: February/March 2018

An opportunity has arisen to join a small finance team in London W1, and you will play a key finance role which will primarily consists of the management of our purchase ledger and payroll functions for a fast growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of purchase ledger
• Processing of supplier & subcontractor Invoices
• Payments to suppliers & subcontractors
• Payment of engineer expenses
• Credit card payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Able to deal with disputed invoices and liaise with the suppliers to bring

  about speedy resolution

• Monthly engineer payroll preparation and payment
• Maintain accurate engineer holiday & sickness records
• Assist with HR administration and record keeping
• Submit monthly subcontractor CIS returns
• Ability to cover general accounting and administration duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Studying for an AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification
• Ideally have good IT skills including a good knowledge of excel
