Description:
Describe the main duties and responsibilities of the position:
Take the responsibility and be the champion of plants and JVs Finance,
- Coordinate, supervise and ensure accurate and timely closing, review and check financial reporting of plants
- Coordinate intercompany reconciliation issues
- Review G&A, AR aging analysis, Country review reports and other monthly statutory analysis reports;
- Prepare quarterly statutory review package
- Enforce company and group's policy and control
- Coordinate financial related issues, facilitate communication and collaboration with platform, management and regional consolidation team
- Streamline process of daily operation and monthly reporting and improve efficiency, control key points,
- Be key user of accounting and reporting systems, implement new finance systems, communicate with global AX team, support implementation of front system and other back office systems
- Coordinate year end IFRS audit for plants
Responsible for statutory financial reporting of China
- Prepare all kinds of statutory analysis reports for management decision, solve statutory financial reporting issues related to both local reports and group reports;
Support business expansion and other projects
- Participate in due diligence if any M&A projects
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external partners
- Be incharge of system implementation (SAP, T&E, VAT)
Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, Master is preferred;
Academy background from a reputable university is preferred
Experience:
More than 5 years working experience in Reporting / Accounting, should have experiences in a MNC in manufacturing industry, experience in Big 4, and SAP implementation is an advantage.
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience:
1. Good understanding of both PRC GAAP and IFRS
2. Solid knowledge in production costing
3. Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
4. Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments at the same time
5. Good communicator with proactive attitude
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience:
1. Experience in similar industry
2. Experience on SAP Implementation
3. Experience on SSC cooperation and coordination
Languages Skills: (level required)
Fluent in both English & Chinese
Any Certifications Required:
CPA/ACCA/CGA or other equivalent certificate is preferred
