● to originate and execute corporate finance advisory mandates which shall encompass formulating and undertaking business development and origination functions and coordinating inter departmental liaisons to identify and establish business relationship with existing and new clientele base
● to review, implement and provide services of corporate advisory, provide assistance and advice on investments, raising of funds, restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and mergers

● Possess initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team
● Good organizational and analytical skills and able to multi-task
● Self-motivated, resourceful and have good problem handling abilities
● Fast learner with positive work attitude
● Meticulous
● Good at PowerPoint, Excel and Word
● 7-years' experience in Corporate Finance department in local investment banks/audit firms/corporate
● Passed Modules 12 and 19 of the Capital Market Services Representative's License examination
● Open for Bumiputera candidates only
