Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial agreements and transactional documents for equity and debt financing transactions
- Manage the Company's legal and regulatory risks
- Ensure the Company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide support on the Company's company secretarial matters
To qualify, you should be:
- Hong Kong qualified with at least 8+ years PQE
- Have corporate transactional experience
- In-House experience with financial services industry would be of interest
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
