Accounts Assistant

Seeking two candidates to work as an Accounts Assistant in South Bristol;

1 X 3 months, £18,000, no experience required, must be studying AAT or similar.

1 X 5 months, £21,000, 6 to 12 months experience minimum, must have an AAT Qualification or higher.

Candidates MUST be immediately available.

Our client is a well known business, based near Hengrove in South Bristol.

Description

For the junior Accounts Assistant, the role is heavily focused on maintaining the client and stock database, distributing account information to clients, raising and sending invoices.

For the senior role, the focus is massively on account reconciliations, therefore experience in this area is essential. You will also be involved in posting month end journals and Working with internal Account Managers to maintain Supplier Accounts.

Profile

For the junior Accounts Assistant, no experience is necessary however of course would be a benefit. Candidates should be studying an AAT qualification or similar.

For the more senior role, candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience, particularly working on account reconciliations and posting journals. Candidates should also be AAT Qualified or higher.

Both candidates should be happy to work in a social, open plan office, and confident communicating with both internal and external customers via phone and email.

Job Offer

In return, the junior Accounts Assistant will receive an hourly wage equivalent to a salary of £18,000, while the senior Accounts Assistant will receive an hourly wage equivalent to a salary of £21,000.
