Financial Analyst

岗位职责： 1. Act as finance partner to Asia Helium Manager, Asia IG Sub-Region Helium commercial managers, and Asia Helium Supply Chain Manager by providing daily financial and business counsel through active participation in ongoing helium business planning and decision making, acting jointly with Manager as the helium business interface with all finance disciplines. 2. Ensure the financial integrity of the business decision process by implementing analytical policy in the helium business, participating in the analysis, ensuring proper documentation, managing operational analysis and reporting, and facilitating the development of the operating plan targets. 3. Perform financial analysis of central operation work including but not limited to monthly& quarterly closing, annual budgeting and other ad hoc request. 4. Support lead for any ad hoc financial analysis request as assigned. 任职资格： To accomplish the dual commercial and functional responsibilities of the position the incumbent should possess a broad range of competencies including both strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, communication, planning & organizing, leading and influencing) and technical skills (financial analysis skills, accounting knowledge, computer modeling, problem solving). 1. University degree in Business/Economics/Engineering, a good MBA is an asset 2. Minimum 6 - 8 years progressive industry experience in financial analysis, preferably inclusive of previous exposure to the application of financial modeling techniques to large project analysis. 3. Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to think strategically about business opportunities and investments. Must have strong commercial sense and solid knowledge of industrial gas business various supply modes. 4. Excellent initiative, ability to work independently with limited supervision and flexibility to adapt quickly in a multi-functional team environment 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
