Temporary Finance Manager

My client is looking for a Finance Manager on a temporary basis familiar with monthly management accounts as well as year end accounts and with meeting the statutory reporting requirements of a Not For Profit Organisation

My client is a not for profit Membership Organisation based in Greater London

Description

• Financial accounting
  Prepare statutory accounts
  Oversee the annual audit
  Manage Purchase ledger
  Manage Sales ledger
  General ledger management and reconciliation of accounts
  Cash flow reporting
  
  
• Budget management and reporting
  Prepare the annual budget in conjunction with SMT and budget holders
  Prepare monthly management accounts and work with budget holders to review and monitor the results
  Maintain grant register and provide support with bids and funder reporting
  
  
• General
  Manage relationship with banks, auditors and other external organisations
  Liaise effectively and efficiently with other departments in the organisation
  Lead by example, promoting the organisation's values and expected leadership behaviour
  Undertake other duties as required by the Finance Director/CEO.

Profile

Candidates will need to be AAT qualified and either studying towards their next qualification in either CIMA/ACCA or equivalent or Qualified by Experience.

The desire to work with Not for Profit and Membership Organisations is helpful but not essential

My client is offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000
