Senior Finance Lead

A nationally recognised Charity, based in the Haverhill area.

Client Details

As a Senior Finance Lead your will have the key core finance skills and you would be expected to become a key member of the senior team of this business unit and play a key part in day to day management, control and future strategy of the business.

Description

• Ensure all weekly, monthly and annual reports are completed on time

• Actively monitor business performance. Ensure follow-up of issues, with relevant managers

• Actively monitor contract/project performance and provide support, in conjunction with other functions

• Actively manage the balance and P&L

Profile

• Excellent numerical and analytical problem solving skills

• Evidence of an ability to speak at meetings and make presentations

• An ability to write accurate, comprehensive and succinct written reports

• Proven ability to work using own initiative to plan and manage own workload

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to specific deadlines

• Possess highly developed interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationship with colleagues at all levels and engage and influence others

• Excellent IT skills including spread sheet modelling

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to develop and motivate others.
