Your Responsibilities:

  • Provides an initial point of contact for internal and external customers.
  • Assists dealers, customers and staff members to answer lease-contract related questions, resolve problems, which could be moderate, more and the most complex.
  • Addresses referrals of issues from other personnel.
  • Provides monthly dealer statement and customer repayment statement based on the requirement from time to time.
  • Assists supervisor in development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Proceed customers' applications of contract modification, title transfer, termination, and other inquiries.
  • Generate miscellaneous business reports used for daily work within and out of company.

What Skill You Need

  • Master at standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Access plus intranet and internet functions.
  • Oral and written English - Fluent
  • Degree in Financial/Economics/Statistics or equivalent experience.
