Customer Service Rep. / Specialist 客户服务代表/专员
- Provides an initial point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Assists dealers, customers and staff members to answer lease-contract related questions, resolve problems, which could be moderate, more and the most complex.
- Addresses referrals of issues from other personnel.
- Provides monthly dealer statement and customer repayment statement based on the requirement from time to time.
- Assists supervisor in development and implementation of process improvements.
- Proceed customers' applications of contract modification, title transfer, termination, and other inquiries.
- Generate miscellaneous business reports used for daily work within and out of company.
What Skill You Need
- Master at standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Access plus intranet and internet functions.
- Oral and written English - Fluent
- Degree in Financial/Economics/Statistics or equivalent experience.
