The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for managing the relationships between the Financial Controller and the Operations Managers of the different business units. This will be an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their business partnering skills and have input into the direction the business itself.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be:
- To take a lead on budgeting, forecasting and planning
- To Work with business units, to ensure effective monthly reporting and analysis activity.
- To undertake financial planning and analysis to support decision-making within the business units.
- To offer guidance to operations managers on ways of maximising resources.
- To support existing finance staff within the separate business units.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Finance Business Partner will be:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
- IT literate with good excel skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have proven leadership and teamwork skills
