My client is now looking for a commercially focused and self-motivated individual to manage their Financial Planning and Analysis department
Description
As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will:
- Ensure successful planning and analysis to deliver non-finance divisions with the necessary insight to track the company's financial performance
- Develop and monitor financial models to support the company's strategy for growth
- Analyse complex financial information and reports to suggest cost-effective improvements to management
- Influence key decisions within the finance team and affect decision making
- Lead the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company
- Prepare and deliver presentations to non-finance divisions, including senior managers
- Partner with business partners as appropriate.
Profile
This an exciting time of growth for my client and, as such, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to ensure the effective running of a FP&A function.
With recognisable experience within the manufacturing sector, the ideal candidate will:
- Be fully qualified (ACCA, ACA)
- Have strong leadership and people management skills
- Have advanced forecasting and financial modelling experience
- Be highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to think creatively, be highly-driven and self-motivated
- Ensure the Finance Division are consistently running at 100%
