Sales Ledger / Credit Controller

Your duties and responsibilities will include the ownership of the company sales and debtor's ledger, recovery of debts, allocating debtor cash receipts accurately, preparing invoices and statements and liaising with debtors in relation to queries and outstanding issue Day to Day Duties to include: Raising and releasing sales invoices Preparing and raising credit notes Controlling all debt collection and allocation Query handling and resolution Admin duties as required Person Specification: Previous experience in a similar role Excellent IT experience including a computerised Accounts Package Have a good phone manner and high customer service outlook Attention to detail and ability to accurately work with financial information Flexible, proactive and able to assist wider finance team with ad hoc duties Salary dependent on experience.
