Description

As a Costing Team Leader the duties will include:

• Managing the costing team made up of 11 members
• Coordinating the Global Month End Close
• Cross Charging Timesheet Fixes
• Reconciliation of Salary and Agency Staff Costs
• Working closely with Payroll & HR Team Leaders on Projects
• Working closely with IT Systems teams on Costing System Issues and Improvements
• Coordinating the annual salary review for Costing purposes
• Carrying out process improvements and aid in automation projects
• Costing work from the global companies

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be at least AAT Qualified
• Have experience working in a job costing environment
• Have experience with managing teams
• Have knowledge of Oracle and ERP Finance Systems
• Have awareness of working in a Shared Service Centre environment
• Be a team player
• Have excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be committed to continuous improvement
