MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage AP team in AP ledgers over the company's network. Manage monthly accounts Ensure AP projects are hit on time Ensure compliance for KPI's and AP systems processes Point of contact for suppliers on billing compliance issues Manage and organise the AP teams work flow Maintaining AP service level delivery for all franchises Manage supplier accounts in a timely manner Operate week and month payment ends QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Experience in managing an AP team of 8 Microsoft Navision or similar ERP system Strong Excel Skills Meet deadlines and multi-task Excellent communication skills Assertive leadership skills
