We are recruiting Chartered Accountants Trainees as part of our EAI Graduate Programme 2017/2018 (applications are also welcome from ACCA, ITI, CPA and CIMA students). Positions are available for 2018, both for new trainees and those who have had contracts terminated due to exams. The recruitment process may involves a set of interviews in our office in Sandyford ( only 15 minutes from Stephens Green by Luas ). You will get the chance at the interview setting to meet current trainees who will answer your questions and share their stories about life in the Firm. Who are we? What you will be doing You will be learning from and working with an excellent calibre of colleague and best practice quality systems. Our hands on approach means that each trainee is given significant responsibility from day one and are fully supported by the Firm's management team and in particular through direct on the job experience with the Partners. Typical services provided to EisnerAmper Ireland clients include: Corporate audit, accounting, company secretarial and compliance services; Tax compliance services; Outsourcing services to foreign inward investment clients; Regulatory inspections and forensic work; Risk, regulatory, governance and compliance advisory; Your development Your development is our future and our approach to education and training reflects that. Education & training is so integral to our business that it is one of the professional services we offer clients such as law firms and banks. We provide continuous coaching and training to develop our people into business advisors and professional practitioners. Training programs include: Education and personal development is key to our firm. We are committed to providing comprehensive business and technical training. This includes monthly in-house learning afternoons, twice yearly 2 day internal technical training and offsite hotel based training and planning days in July and November. There is a strong coaching atmosphere within the Firm, where senior staff offer advice and support (through buddy systems) to trainees over the course of their training contracts. Partners are closely involved in the CAI Training, Audit and Assurance, QAC Committees and lecture on the FAE. What we are looking for? We welcome high achieving, self-starters from any degree or discipline, who clearly demonstrate a passion for and drive towards personal excellence. Whilst it is not a requirement to have an accounting degree, relevant experience in a financial services, international business, tax, auditing, governance and compliance, or a professional services environment would be an advantage. Remuneration Our remuneration packages are designed to attract and retain the best people.
