To manage a team delivering a variety of payrolls for a range of clients.
Key objectives of the role
- Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of payrolls for a variety of client requirements.
- Managing the payroll team to support the Payroll Director and develop a high performing team.
- Managing and delivering client payrolls to agreed SLA’s
- Act as the key point of reference for all technical payroll matters.
- Managing and resolving client queries and acting as the key escalation contact.
- Demonstrate previous experience of managing a complex payroll function.
- Ability to manage a large payroll team and work to multiple payroll deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent current technical payroll knowledge.
