The role
As Country Manager you will be responsible for managing a range of Australian Red Cross funded development programs within East Timor, Indonesia and Myanmar, providing high level advice, guidance and leadership to ARC staff and in country partners, develop and implement Australian Red Cross activities in each country (according to approved plans and budgets) and manage staff, volunteers and delegates to support each National Society deliver effective programs and services.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in developing complex relationship with external partners and stakeholders, proven experience in managing people including proactively managing complex issues as well as high level budgeting and financial management.
You will have experience working within the Asia and contributing to monitoring and evaluation frameworks and the identification of innovation and business development opportunities.
