In the dynamic and challenging world of medical sales, the Customer Service team is integral to our success in delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. An exciting opportunity has become available for a friendly and self-motivated individual to join our customer service team, looking after the Mentor portfolio.
Reporting to the Team Leader, some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • processing and managing customer orders;
  • handling internal and external customer enquiries;
  • management of returns for credit; and
  • management of consignment items.
You will be a key point of contact for the organisation and through your high standards in service quality, professionalism and passion to help others, you will play an integral role in supporting the frontline image of the company.

To be considered for this role you will need previous experience working in a customer service role, in a quality driven environment (medical devices preferred) as well as the drive to create positive outcomes for our customers. Specifically, we are seeking:

  • a passion for delivering great customer service and going above and beyond the role;
  • a strong attention to detail;
  • sound organisational and time management skills;
  • good task prioritisation;
  • problem solving skills and the desire to ‘own and resolve' issues; and
  • excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
This is a fast paced, dynamic environment, in which you will work with a supportive and collaborative team.
