About the role
HCF's Sydney CBD George Street branch is looking for a professionally presented, positive and engaging Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join their sales team. This position is a full time contract appointment, working from Monday to Friday and is centrally located in the CBD.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you providing exceptional customer service to our customers with their questions and enquiries, both in person and over the phone. You will also be working to achieve sales targets across our range of health and life insurance products. You will additionally be processing various claims and payments.
