Finance Manager in FRR reporting, Securities - HK GEM board listed company

Job duties:

Manage, review and monitor the day-to-day operations, including month-end closing, settlement process, preparing monthly FRR reports and other financial and management reports for a listed company in financial services industry
Responsible for budgetary control forecast management
Participate in annual audit and assist in all tax-related issues
Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
Strong knowledge of securities market, SFC and HKEx rules and regulations

Profile:

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative discipline with CPA qualification
Minimum 10 years working experience including 2 years at supervisory level in the financial service industry is required (Experience in Big 4 or 2nd tier firms preferred)
Working experience with Chinese financial institutions is a must
Good PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel and hands-on experience in accounting
Committed, self-initiative, hardworking and able to work independently
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Finance Manager
