Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable & Operations Manager for a market leading retail business based in Leeds.
Client Details
Well established retail business growing at a rapid speed, they are a well known Global brand with a fantastic reputation in the market. An exciting opportunity has come available to work for this award winning organisation. They are looking to recruit a permanent Accounts Receivable & Operations Manager within their successful Transactional Finance department based in Leeds.
Description
The successful Accounts Receivable & Operations Manager will report directly into the Head of Accounts Receivable and will oversee a team of five.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; providing a solid understanding of operational processes and cross functional activity, identifying process improvements throughout the operational model, timely and accurate invoicing and cash allocations, ownership of customer set up and on-going customer management, analysing and interpreting credit reports and financial information to support commercial decision making, other ad hoc duties when required.
Profile
The successful Accounts Receivable & Operations Manager will have:
- A background in a similar role whereby they have driven process improvements across all operational functions.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A commercial approach to work
- An understanding of double entry accounting and reconciliations
- Previously identified key risks inherent within the balance sheet
- Previously managed a Finance team
