Senior Finance Manager

Responsibility： 1.Responsible for budget, forecast and rough plan for the Region and Branch to set up operation development guideline; 2.Provide financial planning and analysis on sold, billing and billed, proco&struco, and MR to support the operation; 3.Provide FO controlling package including monthly MR forecasts, risks/opportunities analysis and MR gap analysis to monitor business status; 4.Support Regional General Manager and Branch General Managerto control commercial and financial risks in project tendering and drive for healthy business growth; 5.Work together with Regional General Manager and Branch General Managerto drive for branches and regional result improvements; 6.Feedback and coordinate with NI leaders and EI leaders to resolve business and process issues; 7.Track HvP projects to alert on risks and prevent the potential exposure; 8.Conduct pre-post gap analysis on monthly basis and coordinate on process improvement to avoid negative PPG; 9.Monitor and enhance implementation of financial policies，and propose on improvements; 10.Manage branch finance team in the region including performance review, training, coaching and talent development to support branch finance operation; 11.Work closely with line operation and back functions to control the cost and expenses; 12.Fulfill Ad Hoc Projects and tasks required by Line Manager. Requirement： 1.Strong financial knowledge and experience, field finance experience is a must(operational focused) ; 2.Strong leadership and impact; 3.Effective communication skills to the field; 4.Seniority & maturity; 5.SAP Knowledge; 6.Fluent in both written and oral English;
