Our client, an globally recognised luxury cosmetics company, are looking to recruit a Payroll Supervisor to join their accountancy team in their brand new modern office in Central London.

Our client are a recognised, international luxury cosmetics group. They specialise in hair/skin care, fragrances and cosmetics with office locations around the world.
Description
An overview of the key responsibilities of the Payroll Supervisor:
Management of an entirely outsourced payroll
Building and maintaining productive working relationships with our outsourcing partners
Collation of timesheet and commission information from retail stores and concessions, preparing for submission to 3rd party providers
Manual calculation of lease cars and leasing agreements
Responding to payroll queries
Day to day management of one full-time and one part-time Payroll Administrator
Profile
The successful Payroll Supervisor:
Currently be operating at Payroll Coordinator or Payroll Supervisor level
Understand that the Payroll Supervisor will be managing an outsourced service and will not be managing end to end payroll processes
Be an intermediate to advanced Excel user
Have the ability to work across a variety of stakeholder populations, including Directors and Senior Managers
Have top-notch attention to detail and organisational skills
Preferably have a working knowledge of commissions
Have a desire to deliver first-class customer service to our staff
Have previously had a high degree of involvement in managing lease cars and leasing agreements
Have great relationship building ability
Be a collaborative worker
Be willing to take accountability and ownership of the processes involved in outsourcing a payroll
Be able to demonstrate prior experience of managing people, or able to demonstrate an underpinning understanding of the strategies to manage, motivate and stretch team members
Job Offer
Up to £35,000 with additional benefits
