Are you a motivated PR professional with strong issues management experience and a keen eye for what makes news? If so, then WE'd love you to get in touch.

WE Buchan is on the hunt for our next ultra-talented consultant to join our award-winning agency. Based in Sydney, this exciting role will be split with two days in-house supporting a client on issues management work and proactive profile building - working closely with WE Buchan's CEO and Head of Corporate to deliver this work. Your time in the WE Buchan office will be spent working with the wider corporate team to deliver project campaigns and ongoing initiatives across our financial and professional services clients.

So who is WE Buchan? We're a multi award-winning agency specialising in corporate, health, consumer, technology, and investor communication. We have offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and are part of the WE global network with partner agencies across APAC, USA and EMEA. We're strategists, data scientists, writers, creatives, and social media provocateurs all focused on moving and shaking perceptions of even the hardest-to-reach audiences.

You'll be working alongside strategic, creative, highly-skilled, incredibly curious, enthusiastic consultants. To succeed in this role, you'll be a highly organised, results-driven and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether working autonomously or in a team, you'll be passionate about communication and keen to learn.

You will also be commercially focused, tasked with managing budgets, mentoring team members, supporting and guiding daily actions, reviewing and approving content and strategy, identifying new business opportunities, contributing to strong team culture, and finding time to have fun!

In return for your hard work we'll reward you with numerous development opportunities and a fantastic rewards and benefits package. These include flexible working options, regular social gatherings, team building off-sites, charity/community days and international exchange opportunities.

If working in this type of work environment sounds like you, then get in touch!
