Responsibility
Managing daily finance operations and ensuring financial data accuracy
a. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of financial reports (PRC & IFRS), and prepare reporting package for the relevant entities
b. Analyze the finance results to ensure fair statement of key subjects (sales, OI, WCR, BSR and etc.);
c. Monitor operational cash flow and perform liquidity management collaborate with central treasury team
d. Preparing regular tax filings and providing internal tax customs advisory
e. Cooperate with Internal and External Auditors then to follow up any issues identified
2. Support business growth in the responsible region
. Drive the annual budgeting & reforecasting process in accordance with the requirement of headquarter, accurate and on time
a. Meet and communicate with business teams regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of them
b. Assist to business development activities on requirements
c. Fixed Assets / CAPEX management
d. Provide guidance and advice of finance/ internal control to business team
3. Ensure recommended Internal Control Processes be well deployed for responsible entities;
4. Manage the finance integration progress on demands
5. Manage the regional finance team effectively
6. Other ad hoc tasks requested by management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor or above degree in Accounting/Finance;
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in Finance team leader position of MNC, preferred the industries including: industrial gas/ retail/ filling station;
3. Familiar IFRS/US GAAP, China GAAP;
4. Fluent Chinese & English verbal and writing;
5. Good at managing multiple tasks within given timeline and able to work under pressure;
6. Good at communication and collaboration, strong interpersonal skills, influence capability and team work;
7. High motivation to build up financial structures and to ensure financial data accuracy;
8. Strong analytic skills, structured thinking, self-motivation, challenging mindset;
9. Mobility per project request.
