Business Analyst

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance. We currently have more than 500 consultants assisting our clients throughout Australia and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace. Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights!

I am currently looking for 3 Business Analyst to work on site with a Government department on 3 distinct projects.

Experience is mandatory against the below deliverables:

Requirements gathering (current state)

Develop recommendations for the future state

Gap Analysis (current and future states)

Consult with key stakeholders to understand and document "as is" processes and provide recommendation on "to be" processes.

Develop and Implement Process Maps

Assist with facilitation of workshops

Desired Skills:

JIRA

Agile experience

Consultant will need to have experience across any one of the below mentioned projects and experience dealing with CenITex.

• ServiceNow Implementation
• AWS CLOUD Implementation
• Device refresh, Outlook Migration and Skype for business

Start date 27th November for an initial 10 week engagement.
